This course has everything you need for your first year of Hand Balancing!

I have trained with some of the best hand balancers and calisthenic athletes in Australia and used that knowledge and experience to make a product with a routine that has been tried and tested for years with guarantee results.

The routine attached is packed full of drills and exercises to help you progress as fast and efficiently as possible while forming good habits and helping you avoid going down the path of the dreaded and commonly seen banana handstand!

A handstand class can cost as much as $20 per class. For less than the price of 3 classes I've provided you with your first year of hand balancing with a tried and tested routine that works, videos explaining each drill and correct form, information on the mechanics and what makes a straight handstand as well as ways to mitigate common hand balancing injuries.

As a beginner id recommend performing this routine 2 times per week and slowly working your way up to 5 times per week for the more dedicated student. The routine takes approximately 1 hour to complete if you are strict with following the rest times. I would also encourage you all to film every exercise you do as well as train with a friend if possible.
